These sets were sold only as 5 coins sets. They came in small grey cardboard boxes. If only one was ordered, it was shipped in that box. These sets are marked by excessive hairlines, glue spots and sometimes heavy toning. Superb Gems are rare, as are heavily contrasted examples of virtually every coin. Many collectors removed coins from the boxes and placed them in Capital plastic holders. They preserved the coins, however, lost some originality. Pristine boxed sets are tough to find, particularly the 50-52 sets.
